'' BRHEALTHC TOWN.BREWSTER.MA.US BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2009 AT 7:OOPM TOWN HALL, ROOM A Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, Keith Johnson, Andrew Petty and Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director 1. Bass River Engineering-variance request for 16 Anchors Aweigh Road The following variances were requested: 1. Leach area to be less than 10' from lot lines 2. Septic tank to be less than 10' from lot lines 3. Leach area to be less than 10' from slab 4. Leach area to be less than 20' from cellar wall Motion: AP-approve variance requests with a barrier on the North side. KJ seconded. 4 yes. 2. Eagle Surveying-variance request for 135 Sturbridge Way Stephan Haas presented this to the Board. A variance to have the SAS remain at 202 feet from the edge of Round pond was requested. Motion: DB-approve variance request with ESA conditions applying. AP seconded 4 yes. 3. Brewster Pizza-review of proposed addition This proposal is to enlarge the square footage of the restaurant and add a bar area with seating. Motion: DB-approve changes. AP seconded. 4 yes. 4. Breakwater Lobster &Fish-discuss seating Curt Colias and Attorney Ben Zehnder were present for this discussion. This was previously before the Board. The Board discussed the seating issues and did not make any changes at this time. 5. Kyle Parker-request for additional seating and menu changes at El Guapo's Taqueria Seating request was withdrawn before meeting. Motion: KJ- approve menu changes. DB seconded. 4 yes. 6. Minutes from 6/ 16/09 Motion: DB-approve minutes. KJ seconded. 4 yes. 7. Discuss Health Director's yearly review JH will do this and get it back to NI.
