Assistant. 1. Sue Leven-discussion on the proposed Natural Resource Protection Design bylaw SL explained to the Board that this is a version of a Cluster Bylaw. There would be no frontage or minimum lot size for this. It would be "done by right" vs. the others which are done by Special Permit. It would increase the acres from 3 to 5 and would set aside greater open space. This will only affect the DCPC area. AP and JR stated that they were not comfortable with this bylaw as it was written. AP asked about the TMDL's There was discussion on this subject. 2. Discuss the Water Quality Protection bylaw JH told the Board that if they made this a BOH regulation, it would not have to go before town meeting. AP stated that he does not agree with the CCC recommendation that it be 5 ppm. There was discussion on this subject. 3. Discuss flu shots in schools NI explained what the Health Agents were trying for at the high school with regards to flu shots. Also, there is nothing definitive yet for H 1 N 1 in the schools system with regard to shots. 4. Discuss Planning Board application for Underpass Road Noted 5. Discuss Health Director's FY10 Objectives ~~ The following objectives were ok with the Board ., ; -~ 1. To review and clarify the "Regulations for the operations of outdoor cafes" ~,,; 2. To continue to stay up to date with emergency planning `°`' 3. To implement the Sand & Gravel Regulations _ 4. To prepare for H 1 N 1 JH gave an update from the WQRC. Bills to be paid: DB-pay bills.
