AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A $318,245.86 AGREEMENT WITH DOUBLEMAP, INC., TO
PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES RELATED TO AUTOMATIC VEHICLE LOCATORS,
AUTOMATIC VOICE ANNUNCIATORS, AND AUTOMATIC PASSENGER COUNTERS.
WHEREAS, Doublemap has been selected as the firm best qualified to provide equipment
and services related to Automatic Vehicle Locators, Automatic Voice
Annunciators, and Automatic Passenger Counters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. DoubleMap, Inc., is hereby approved as the best qualified firm to provide
equipment and services and its proposal is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with DoubleMap, Inc., to provide equipment and services related to Automatic Vehicle Locators,
Automatic Voice Annunciators, and Automatic Passenger Counters.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
