BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 7 (Boards and Commissions) Sec. 7-604 (Meetings) pertaining to the Cultural Arts Commission is amended as follows: Sec.7-604. Meetings. The cultural arts commission shall hold a regular business meeting at least once each quarter at such time and place as shall be established by rule of the commission. The commission may hold such additional business meetings as it shall,from time to time,deem necessary.Commissioners may attend meetings by electronic means including video conferencing,the Internet,and telephone. Commissioners who electronically attend meetings may participate in discussions and votes as if physically present,provided that such electronic attendance shall conform to the requirement of the Missouri Sunshine Law,Chapter 610,RSMo.
