BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2009 AT 7:OOPM
TOWN HALL, ROOM A
Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson,
Andrew Petty, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Senior Department Assistant
1. Paul & Nancy Bradford-variance request for 25 Highpoint Dr-less than 300' to pond
The SAS is roughly 280' from the pond.
Motion: DB-grant variance request. AP seconded. 5 yes.
2. Discuss Sue I,even's request for letter to CCC re: DCPC and bylaws
The Boazd signed the letter that had been requested. JH asked the Boazd if they would be willing to talk
about the NRPD. The Boazd agreed. Peter Johnson, citizen, has been working with this for some time and
offered to go over it with the Boazd members that were still unsure of it. There was lengthy discussion on this
and the Boazd did not make any decisions with regazds to supporting it. There were members of the Boazd
that still needed more time to look it over.
3. Discuss floor drains
The Board decided that until existing or proposed floor drains are identified that they would not make
regulations.

Motion: AP-approve minutes as written. JR seconded. 5 yes.

Motion: KJ-approve minutes as written. JR seconded. 5 yes.
