ORDINANCE No 2915-1974
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATIN MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE -FT -CAL YEAR
COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1975, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1975, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. Be it ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE City of Richmond, Indiana
Wayne County, that for the purpose of having funds to defray the operating expenses
of the City Planning Commission of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1975, and ending December 31, 1975, inclusive, that there be
and there is hereby approriated and set apart out of the funds herein named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same, the amounts
hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein specified, unless
otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year commencing January 1,
1975 and ending December 31, 1975, inclusive, there be, and there is hereby appro=
priated out of the City Plan Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following
amounts:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by the
Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the President of
Common Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, publicatirn as by law required and approval of all statutory
boards as required by laws of the State of Indiana.
