Assistant 1. Discuss floor drains Bob Bersin did not show up to discuss this with the Board. David Bennett was present on another matter and did offer to discuss this with the Board since his company was the one who did the report. Discuss non-compliance with performance standards re: 1597 Long Pond Road David Bennett, operator was present to discuss this issue. He explained to the Board that the system has returned to full compliance. 3. Discuss non-compliance with performance standards re: 7-9 Thousand Oaks Drive Winston Steadman operator from Wastewater Technology Inc. was present. This is an advantex system and he did state that it has been a problem from day one. The homeowners need to install a phone line directly to this system so that the operator can get information on how it is working and make any changes necessary. At this time the homeowners still have not done that. He also believes that it may be a venting problem and they have ordered new vents. WS will send letter to homeowner and send a copy to NI. The Board asked that the homeowner and WS come back to discuss this matter at the next meeting. 4. Update on Health Director's objectives 1. Outdoor cafe regs-the Board asked that~c~ 5 tact other towns and get information on what they do and then bring back to ~l~em. 2. Sand 8v Gravel regulations-the Board asked that NI make site visits to places that have not applied yet to see if they are digging sand. 3. LEPC-continuing to work on this 4. H 1N 1-NI gave an update on when the vaccine will be available 5. Discuss Planning Board's application for 4053 Main Street Noted 6. Discuss request from Reef Realty for extension of DWCP at 45 Doran Drive Motion: DB-grant request. AP seconded. 4 yes. JR recused himself.
