Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Andrew Petty, Keith
Johnson, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Senior Department Assistant.
1. J.M. O'Reilly-variance request for 250 Sheep Pond Drive
This is an existing home. The owners want to add on a garage and do renovations to the 1 gc and 2nd floor.
They cannot meet the required 300' setback to the pond.
Motion: DB-grant variance request with ESA conditions applying. AP seconded. 5 yes.
2. Oki Sushi-request for seats
The owner is requesting that he be allowed to have as many seats as allowed. There was discussion on the
design flow of the septic system. NI spoke about the inspection report that was done.
Motion: DB-allow Oki Sushi to have up to 20 seats. AP seconded. 5 yes.
3. Roberta LaFleur-request to not count loft in room count for addition to home
The Board discussed this issue and decided that they would not count the loft, however if she is to ever fmish
her basement the house would be considered a 4 bedroom and the septic system would have to be upgraded.

Motion: JR-approve minutes as written. DB seconded. 5 yes.
5. Minutes from 10/10/09
Motion: DB-approve minutes as amended. JR seconded. 5 yes.
