1229 North "E" Street, Richmond, Indiana.

On Tuesday, September 24, 1974, the Richmond City Plan Commis-
sion held a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Rich-
mond Municipal Building, at 7:30 p.m., to hear the request of
Jack W . & Rita J. Wright, 522 South 15th Street, Richmond, Ind-
iana, requesting to rezone from C-2 Community Business to C-4
General Business at 1229 North "E" Street, Richmond, Indiana.
All parties interested in or affected by this request were heard.
Twenty-one (21) letters were sent to adjoining property owners and
one (1) was returned favorable while one (1) was returned opposed.
Two (2) persons spoke in opposition to the request.
That same evening, the petitioner presented
a letter of withdrawal. The Plan Commission
to zero (0) to accept the withdrawal request
and to forward the same to Common Council.
