1. J.M. O'Reilly-variance request for 59 Alden Drive
Keith Fernandez presented this to the Board. They are upgrading the septic system from cesspools.
There is a wetland in the back of the property so they are proposing to put the new septic in the
front yard. They are requesting a 55' variance to Schoolhouse Pond. KF also has requested that
they not be restricted as to the amount of space allowed in the house if they wanted to add on.
Conservation Commission has already approved this project.
Motion: AP-grant variance request and waive the Environmentally Sensitive Area conditions,
however, if there is any increase to the number of bedrooms, it must come back
before the Board for permission. DB seconded. 5 yes.
2. Josiah & Kimberly canning-failure to replace oil tank at 427 Main Street
This was taken care of before the meeting
3. Timothy & Alexander Corcoran-failure to replace oil tank at 173 Beach Plum Lane
The Board requested that a certified letter stating that a fine of $25/day will begin the day after the
next meeting in January if they do not show up to the meeting or replace the tank prior to that
date.
4. David & Diana Delano-failure to upgrade failed septic system at 98 Ebenezer Lane
Diana Delano and Sheila Cooper were present. They did talk to Kendall Ayers regarding the County
Loan program and they are starting the process to upgrade.
5. Discuss Planning Board application for Ocean Edge
Noted.
6. Discuss Planning Board application for Stony Brook Elementary School
The Board asked that NI make sure the septic system is adequate for the addition.

The Board discussed the next meeting on the 15~. There will only be a meeting if anything comes
in between now and then, otherwise the next meeting date will be January 5, 2010.
