AN ORDINANCE AHENUIdG ORDINANCE NO. 2325-19G8 CO`UORLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHNOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED JUiHE 3,
1963.
BE IT ORDAI14EO by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows:
SECTIO^! 1. LIHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance
No. 2325-1963 designates and describes as R-4 Nulti-Family Residence
District the following described property located at 33 North 12th
Street, In the City of Richmond, Indiana, more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
110 ft. width off crest end of lot 294 in that Part of
the city of Richmond laid out by Elizabeth Starr.
SECTION 2. 11HEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change
the Zoning Classification of the above described area from R-4 to
C-2.
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, a study of this ordinance was con4uctefl by
the Richmond City Plan Commission theday of ,
1974, at which time remonstrances were heard from all 1farties inte-
rested in or affected by this Ordinance.
SECTIOPO 4. blHER AS, the vote of the Richmond City Plan Commission

NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the zoning classification of
the above stated property be, and the same is hereby changed to
C-2, Community Business District, and that said property be regu-
lated in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, and all amendments thereto.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval as by law required.
SECTION! 7. The original zoning classification of the aforementioned
area is hereby rescinded and the zoning classification of this area
will be in accordance with Section 2 of this Ordinance.
