A RESOLUTION: FY2014 ANNUAL PROGRAM FOR STREET MILLING, RESURFACING,
CONCRETE REPAIRS AND HANDICAP RAMP INSTALLATIONS
WHEREAS,the FY2014 budget appropriated $884,500 for street milling, resurfacing,
concrete repairs, and handicap ramp installations; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended the following streets be
included in the FY2014 Annual Street Resurfacing Program:
1. Sycolin Road (East Market St. to dead-end)
2. Church St. (East Market St. to Parking Garage)
3. Potomac Station Dr. (Rivercreek Pkwy. to Saddleback P1.)
4. Chadfield Way(Battlefield Pkwy. to Whitney Pl.)
5. Country Club Dr. (King St. to Governors Dr.)
6. Sycolin Rd. (Miller Dr. to SCL)
7. Edwards Ferry Rd. (Heritage Way to Cherry Ln. —WBL)
8. Amber Ct. (Stoneledge P1. to cul-de-sac)
9. Chancellor St. (Country Club Dr. to cul-de-sac)
10.North St. (Plaza St. to Cherry Ln.)
11. Clagett St. (500 Blk.of cul-de-sac to Periwinkle Way)
12. E. Market St. (Harrison St. to Loudoun St.)
13. Prospect Dr. (102 Belmont Dr. to 120 Belmont Dr.)
14. Harrison St. (Nansemond St. to Gateway Dr.)
15. Greenway Dr. (King St. to Sheridan Way)
16. Battlefield Pkwy-NBL (Edwards Ferry Rd. to Tennessee Dr.)
17. Dry Mill Rd. (Lee Ave. to Catoctin Cir.)
18. Battlefield Pkwy. (Smartts Ln. to Hunton Pl. SBL)
19. East Market St. (Church St. to Harrison St.)
20. York Ln. (Rock Bridge Dr. to cul-de-sac)
21. Edwards Ferry Rd. (East Market St. to Harrison St.)
22. Harrison St. (Catoctin Cir. to Shenandoah St.)
23. Harrison St. (Shenandoah St. to Nansemond St.)
WHEREAS, if funding is available the following streets shall also be included in the FY2014
Street Resurfacing Program:
1. Cardinal Park Dr. (Rt. 7 to cul-de-sac)
2. Cherry Ln. (Edwards Ferry Rd. to dead-end)
3. Oakview Dr. (Rock Bridge Dr. to cul-de-sac)

THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
FY2014 Street Resurfacing Program, in the priority listed, is approved.
PASSED this 13th day of August, 2013.
