Time set aside for the public to address the Committee on any
matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agenized matter should be
addressed at the time that item is considered. Comments are limited to three minutes.

Current Committee Goals and Objectives
Goal 1: Promote a sustainable and green Truckee.
Objective 1a: To educate people of all ages about the benefits of a “smarter”

lifestyle.
How? Website, co-sponsorship with SiGBA, education, school programs,
radio station, home show, etc.
Objective 1b: To make Town Hall greener.

Objective 1c: To enhance the Town recycling procurement policy.

Goal 2: Use and promote green technology when possible.
Objective 2a: Encourage local building product suppliers to provide green

products.
Objective 2b: Consider life-cycle of technology/products.

5. ADJOURNMENT.
To the next regularly scheduled Committee meeting on December 3,
2007 in the Town Hall Administrative Conference Room at 10183 Truckee Airport Road.

Department, The Copy Center, and the Truckee Public Library. The public is welcome to make
