WHEREAS, application has been made t6 the Ma~or and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an Amusenmnt Devices License for the Year
1996 by the following:

Carteret Polic~ Department, in compliJncewith the Ordinance Regu-
lating and Lic6nsingAnmsen~nt Devices, and the Carteret Police
Department recomnends that a License for Anmmement Devices for the
Year 1996 be issued to said applicant(s).
