After receiving recognition from the Chair, please give your name, street address and then your comments or questions, In order
that all interested parties have an opportunity to speak, please limit your comments to the specific item under discussion, Each
speaker's time may be limited so a maximum number of persons may be heard, Please step forward and speak into the
microphone, as your comments will be recorded,
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Agency Members Drake, McCormack, Schneider, Susman and Chair Florian.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. PUBLIC COMMENT This is the time set aside for the public to address the Agency on any
matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the
time that item is considered Comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes.
5. PRESENTATIONS. None
'> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR (One simple motion approves all of the following actions.) None
6.1 Minutes of August 20, 1998 Special Agency Meeting. Recommendation: Approve. -
7. IMMEDIATE PRIORITIES
7.1 Agency Authorization to Submit Report to the Town Council, Final Redevelopment Plan
EIR, and Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission and Town Council for
Review, and Agency Adoption of Owner Participation Rules. Recommendation: 1)
Agency approve Resolution 98-05 authorizing the submittal of the Final Redevelopment
Plan EIR and the Redevelopment Plan to the Town Council and Planning Commission;
and 2) approve Resolution 98-06 Adopting Owner Participation Rules.
8. STAFF REPORTS. None
9. AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS: During this time the Agency Members may make a brief
announcement or update each other on various other meetings they have attended since the last
Agency meeting. Furthermore, a Agency Member may provide a reference to staff for factual
information, request staff to report back to the body of a subsequent meeting concerning any
matter, or may direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. However, no action
will be taken at this meeting during this time.
10. ADJOURNMENT.
NOTE: Agenda packets will be available for public review by Tuesday morning. Review copies of the
packets will be available at the Library, Truckee Town Hall, and The Copy Center. The public is
welcome to make copies of the packet at The Copy Center.
