A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $500
RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH
PROGRAM FROM DIMENSION DATA THROUGH LOUDOUN CARES
WHEREAS,the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program(R.O.C.K.)
that provides recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the
N.E. quadrant of the Town; and
WHEREAS,the Town has received a donation of$500 from Dimension Data through
Loudoun Cares in support of the Community Outreach Program (R.O.C.K.) holiday dinner.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED,by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2014 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of$500 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014.
SECTION II. The Parks and Recreation budget is amended in the amount of$500.
