® NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF SALARY ORDINANCE 2006 -12 TO FIX THE SALARY
OF ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, that the
Common Council of Greencastle, Indiana at City Hall on November 14, 2006 at 7:00 PM
will conduct a public hearing on Salary Ordinance 2006 -12 as follows:
ORDINANCE 2006 -12
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE
CITY OF GREENCASTLE FOR THE YEAR 2007
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
that the following total sum of all monies shall be payable beginning January 1, 2007
through December 31, 2007:
SECTION ONE That the salaries of elected officials of the City of Greencastle
shall be as follows:
Mayor $46,200
Clerk Treasurer $45,623
Common Council (5) $ 4,620 each for a total of $23,100
SECTION TWO That the General Fund shall pay to the Mayor of the City of
® Greencastle for services rendered by the Mayor on behalf of the General Fund during
the year 2007 the sum of $15,400.
That the General Fund shall pay to the Clerk Treasurer of the City of Greencastle
for services rendered by the Clerk Treasurer on behalf of the General Fund during the
year 2007 the sum of $15,207.66.
That the General Fund shall pay to each member of the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Common Council on behalf of the
General Fund during the year 2007 the sum of $3,553.
SECTION THREE That the Department of Water Works shall pay to the Mayor
of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Mayor on behalf of the
Department of Water Works during the year 2007 the sum of $15,400.
That the Department of Water Works shall pay to the Clerk Treasurer of the City
of Greencastle for services rendered by the Clerk Treasurer on behalf of the
Department of Water Works during the year 2007 the sum of $15,207.66.
That the Department of Water Works shall pay to each member of the Common
Council of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Common Council on
behalf of the Department of Water Works during the year 2007 the sum of $533.50.
SECTION FOUR That the Department of Sewage shall pay to the Mayor of the
City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Mayor on behalf of the Department of
Sewage during the year 2007 the sum of $15,400.
That the Department of Sewage shall pay to the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
® Greencastle for services rendered by the Clerk Treasurer on behalf of the Department
of Sewage during the year 2007 the sum of $15,207.66.

That the Department of Sewage shall pay to each member of the Common
Council of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Common Council on
behalf of the Department of Sewage during the year 2007 the sum of $533.50.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana this 14 day of November 2006.
