Dear Mr. Hofferberth,
We are pleased to present this proposal for professional services for your consideration.
Scope of Services:
The Village of Key Biscayne has been experiencing maintenance issues with the athletic fields at St. Agnes.
These facilities were developed by the Village and are under a shared -used agreement with the Village
responsible for maintenance.
An initial cursory assessment by Stantec determined that field rehabilitation was possible in lieu of a full
reconstruction. Stantec will provide a more extensive assessment and prepare a rehabilitation plan and
specifications. It is anticipated that this rehabilitation work will be undertaken by either the Village's soon -
to -be -selected Village Green Field Contractor, or the Village's eventual Field Maintenance Contractor.
Terms and Conditions:
All terms and conditions shall be per our Continuing Contract for Professional Services and all fees shall be
as follows:
Hourly Rates — Not to Exceed $9,800
Our services will be billed per the attached Standard Hourly Rates, plus travel expenses — airfare, hotel,
meals, etc. We are ready to begin working on this assignment upon your authorization to proceed. If
acceptable to you, we will accept a signed copy of this form as your written authorization to proceed. We
look forward to working with the Village on this assignment.
