APPROVING MODIFICATION TO BID -
PENALOZA & CALDERONE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #94-412 an award of a bid to Penaloza &
Calderone Asphalt Co., Inc. was approved in the amount of $49,966.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has approved a modification and
allowed for additional improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby approves a modification to Resolution #94-412 in the
amount of $22,375.18.
Adopted this 2nd day of April, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 3, 1996.
