RESOLUTION NO. 2013-089
RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING
OF THE 2013 WATER PRESSURE UPGRADE PROJECT IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the,date of June 12, 2013 for the Public
Hearing and Letting of the 2013 Water Pressure Upgrade Project in and for the City of Tiffin,
Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA:
The date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project is set for June, 12, 2013 at
6:30 P.M.
The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for June 12, 2103 at 4:00
P:M. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be received by Hart -
Frederick Consultants P.C. located at 510 State Street, PO Box 560, Tiffin, IA 52340 until 4:00
P.M. on June 12, 2013.
Proposals will be `opened and publicly read on June 12, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. Sealed
proposals received may be considered by the City Council at 6:30 P.M. on June 12, 2013 during
the council meeting and will be acted upon at such time and place or at such time and place as
may then be set. `
