RESOLUTION NO. 2014-028 ADOPTED: March 11, 2014
A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FY2014 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND MAKING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000
RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT OF INSURANCE PAYMENTS FROM
VML FOR REPAIR TO TOWN VEHICLES
WHEREAS,the Town's Department of Public Works maintains and repairs Town vehicles;
and
WHEREAS, the Town has received insurance payments in the amount of$14,292 from VML
for the repairs of Town vehicles; and
WHEREAS,the insurance payments have been deposited in the Town's General Fund.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The FY2013 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental
appropriation is made in the amount of$9,000 for the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014.
