A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $520
RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH
PROGRAM (R.O.C.K.) FROM LEESBURG PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E.
quadrant of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreations has received a donation of$520 from
Leesburg Presbyterian Church in support of the Community Outreach Program(R.O.C.K).
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2014 Parks and Recreation Budget is hereby amended, and an
appropriation is made in the amount of$520 for use by the Community Outreach Program for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program budget is amended in the amount of$520.
