INFORMAL DISCUSSION with Charles Sumner and Greg Levasseur regarding:
Facilities Utilization Plan: The Town of Brewster is currently considering a Long Range
Facilities Utilization Plan to consolidate town services and reduce long term expenses.
PUBLIC LEGAL HEARING FOR PLANNING BOARD - ESTABLISH A SAND &
GRAVEL SPECIAL PERMIT FEE. The Planning Board proposes to establish a $100 special
permit fee for a Sand & Gravel application.
The full Planning Board fee structure is available to view in the Planning Board and/or
Town Clerk's office.
Other Business:
1. Review Minutes: January 28, 2009 and February 11, 2009
2. DCPC update from Sue Leven
3. Proposed Planning Board Agenda for Fa112009 Town Meeting
4. Review counsel's comments regarding proposed zoning articles.
5. Review/approve Summaries for proposed Zoning Articles.
6. Appoint a new representative to the Water Quality Review Committee
7. Any other business that may come before this Board.
