Dear Mr. Gilbert,
We are pleased to present this proposal for professional engineering services for your consideration.
Scope of Project:
The Village has expressed interest in converting overhead utilities including power, phone, and cable to
underground. We have assisted the Village in the past and provided a presentation with approximate costs.
Our proposed scope of services is detailed below.
Scope of Services:
Initial coordination with FPL to review and clarify project requirements, update of previously provided
presentation, review and updating of estimate of probable costs, and assistance at one Public Workshop.
Terms and Conditions:
All terms and conditions shall be per our Continuing Contract for Professional Services and all fees shall be
billed monthly at the contract hourly rates as the work progresses per the following not to exceed amount:
Utility Assistance Phase $5,500
We are ready to begin working on this assignment upon your authorization to proceed. If acceptable to you,
we will accept a signed copy of this form as your written authorization to proceed. We look forward to
working with the Village on this assignment.
