AUT~0RIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK LICENSE
TO CARi'EKET I~)BII,E PARK, AT 1501 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
FOR THE 1995-1996 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made application to
renew their Trailer Park License for the 1995-1996 License Term and
have paid the proper fees therefor; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions
and regulations now or hereafter pronmlgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park was inspected and approved by the
Health Department, the Police Department and the Borough Engineer
for said renewal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that a Trailer Park License
Renewal be and is hereby granted to Carteret Mobile Park for the
1995-1996 License Term.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, to issue a Trailer Park License for the 1995-1996 License
Term to the applicant, Carteret Mobile Park.
Adopted the 18th day of APR]I~ , 1996
and Certified as a true copy of the orig-
inal on April 19, 1996.
