CONTINUED LEGAL HEARING for- Personal Wireless Services Communication Facilities Special
Permit #2009-16. Applicant: MetroPCS Massachusetts, LLC; Owner: Town of Brewster.- Property Located
at 1657 Main Street, Assessors' Map 24; Parcel 13. Proposal to locate 6 antennas and related ground
equipment on and next to an existing tower.
CONTINUED LEGAL HEARING for- Corridor Overlay Protection District Special Permit #2009-15.
Applicant: Town of Brewster -Property Located at 0 Underpass Road, Assessors' Map 26; Parcel 102.
Proposal is for the construction of 8 tennis courts - 4 standard courts and 4 "quick start" courts,
including associated utilities, drainage and fencing
Public Hearing with NStar regarding upcoming tree pruning: Paul Sellers, NStar; Robert Bersin, DPW
Director/Tree Warden. Pruning to occur this fall (October thru December). Two distribution circuits
have been identified and will require NStar's attention as part of their ongoing maintenance efforts for
reliability and safety.
The first circuit is identified as 4-89B-577. The following roads will be pruned:
Linnell Rd, Partridge Cir, Crosby Ln, Weathervanes Way, Ellis Landing Rd, Rt 6-A (Wall St -Deer Park Rd),
Mill Stone Rd, Bonnie Doone Rd, Old Valley Rd, Pine Wood Dr, Sandpiper Ln, Blueberry Pond Dr, Old
Valley Rd, Henry's Rd, Sachem Dr, Smith Rd, Fox Meadow Dr, Country Ln, Puritan Ln
The second circuit area is identified as 4-89B-573. The following roads will be pruned:
Thad Ellis Rd, Underpass Rd, Snow Rd, 6-A (Croker Ln -Wall St), Old North Rd, Point of Rocks, Foster Rd,
Mates Way, Bassett Ln
A map showing the areas to be addressed is available in the Planning Department.
Other Business:
- Update from a Selectman regarding Whiffletree Ave
- Discuss letter from Building Commissioner regarding Cobb's Pond
- Any other business that may come before this Board
