AUTHORIZING REFUND OF SEWER-USER FEE
WHEREAS, The Treasurer of the Borough of Carteret has reviewed
the Records and determined that certain monies are due and
payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain Property Owners
within the Borough of Carteret, as a result of an overpayment
of Sewer User Fee, and
WHEREAS, The Treasurer recommends the immediate reimbursement
of the excess Funds currently collected by the Borough of
Carteret to certain enumerated individuals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HERBY, RESOLVED by the Mayor
~nd Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
THAT, The Treasurer for the Borough of Carteret, BE AND IS
_ HERBY authorized to immediatley Refund and pay the Overpayment
of the Sewer-User Fee to the Property-Owners of the specific
properties listed below, and attached, hereto:
