AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH SCHOOL
CROSSING GUARDS - TEAMSTERS LOCAL #97 AFL-CIO
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret and the members of Teamsters Local #97-
AFL-CIO have negotiated a collective bargaining agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached a tentative agreement for the year 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret approves the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters
Local #97 AFL-CIO for the calendar year 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate officials are authorized to
attach their signatures on behalf of the Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 18th day of April, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 19, 1996.
