1968 at 7:35 P. M.

Heddemmeyer present.
The minutes of the regglar meeting of June 4, 1968 Were read. Moved by Rayburn
Anderson that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
The minutes of the Board of Review meeting of June 13th read. Moved by
Harold Winterhalter that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson.
Motion carried.
The minutes of the special meeting of June 15th read. Moved by Rayburn Anderson
that the minutes be approved as read..
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
The minutes of the special meeting of June 25th read. Moved by Harold
Winterhalter that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson

The minutes of the Flaming Commission meeting of June 17th read.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to authorize the Village Clerk to issue a check for
$175.00 to the Soo Dine Railroad for permits #18149 through 018153 for
crossings in the Hamel sewer district.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
Resolution for David Gates deed. Moved by Rayburn. Anderson that we authorize
the mayor and clerk to sign the Gates Resolution to accept the deed for
extra land needed to connect with the Burdick property.
Seconded by Herold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
A letter from the Directors of the Farmers State Bank of Hamel with regard
to security checks was read.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to authorize the Village Clerk to issue a check for
$260.09 for membership dues in the Hennepin County League of Municipalities
for 1968.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter to pay the bills: payroll in the amount of
$3400•51 and order checks in the amount of IWO, $12,079.46.
