CHANGE ORDER - RITACCO CONSTRUCTION, INC. REGARDING
FIELD SITE WORK & LIGHTING - GALVANIZED POLES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #96-102, the Borough approved the bid of
$134,000.00 for Field Site Work and Lighting to Ritacco Construction, Inc. and
awarded a contract to same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that due to the long lead availability of
the specified poles the bid specifications are modified to allow for galvanized poles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the need for the change was unanticipated at
the time of preparation of the specifications and any cost savings will be deducted
from the total bid pursuant to N.J.A C 5:30-14.4 (a).
Adopted this 18th day of April, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 19, 1996.
