A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FISCALYEAR 2015 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
AND MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $9,900 RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT OF
INSURANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE VIRGINIA MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE FOR REPAIRS TO TOWN VEHICLES
WHEREAS,the Town's Department of Public Works maintains and repairs Town
vehicles; and
WHEREAS,the Town has received insurance payments in the amount of$9,900 from
the Town's insurance provider(Virginia Municipal League) for the repairs of Town vehicles;
and
WHEREAS,the insurance payments have been deposited in the Town's General Fund.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
FISCAL YEAR 2015 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental
appropriation is made in the amount of$9,900 for the Department of Public Works for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015.
