DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO

WtlEREAS, application has been properly made to tile Mayor aud Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Carteret Jm,ri. sh Cu~m,~mity Center
of tile Borough of Cartelel; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that llle applicant (S) is/am qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designaled to condncl P, IN(JO (JAMES aud to assist are bolla fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WItEREAS, tile applicant (s) has/ilave signilied that tile games will be played in
accorda.ce with Roles 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Connnission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Cmteret, that tile Municipal Cleik is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the (./ndorsement of the Mayor and Council by issul,g,,upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE 11' FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Conmfission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newalk, New Jersey 07102.
