A -RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO
SIGN THE EULENSPIEGEL PUPPET THEATER CO CONTRACT FOR TIFFINFEST
Whereas, The City recognizes that it is necessary to secure items for TiffinFest as soon
as possible to confirm attendance and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is a requirement to sign
the necessary contract documentation to complete this request;
Now, therefore be it resolved by, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Administrator/Clerk to sign the Eulenspigel Puppet Theater Co. contract for
TiffinFest.
On the 22nd day of May, 2013, ata regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-110, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN THE EULENSPIGEL
PUPPET THEATER CO FOR-TIFFINFEST and made,a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton; Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-110, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN THE EULENSPIGEL PUPPET THEATER CO
CONTRACT FOR TIFFINFEST to be adopted and'signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 22nd day of May, 2013.
