AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 1996-1997 LICENSE TERM
TO EAGLE CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 1996-1997 License Term by Robert F. Beck, trading as
EAGLE CAB COMPANY
and
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicant have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License
for the 1996-1997 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a 1996-1997 Taxicab Owner's License to EAGLE
CAB COMPANY.
Adopted the 2nd day of May, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on May 3, 1996.
