AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
TWO (2) TAXICAB DRIVERS LICENSES
FOR THE 1996-1997 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, applications have been made and the proper fees paid for a Taxicab
Driver's License for the 1996-1997 License Term by each of the following:
ROBERT F. BECK
and
GERALD E. LOOKHART; and
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the facts
stated in each application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License for the
1996-1997 License Term be granted to each applicant listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 1996-1997 License
Term to ROBERT F. BECK and to GERALD E. LOOKHART.
Adopted the 2nd day of May, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 3, 1996.
