A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FOUR, A
SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA NOW KNOWN AS WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FOUR AND
AUTHORIZING AS NECESSARY THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH WOODFIELD RIDGE,
L.L.C.
WHEREAS, Woodfield Ridge, L.L.C., a limited liability company, has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat
for Woodfield Ridge Development Part Four, a sub -division to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached
Exhibit "A", hereby incorporated and
WHEREAS, The Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved the revised preliminary
plat at the May 1, 2013 meeting. i
WHEREAS, City Attorney, Bob Michael, has given his approval of the preliminary plat as requested by
Woodfield Ridge L.L.C. for Part Four.
WHEREAS, City Engineer, Doug Frederick, has given his approval of said preliminary plat for Part Four,
however that no improvements shall be constructed or installed without his written approval, which may be withheld
until such time as all necessary permits have been issued from the state and federal agencies; and
FURTHER, THE City desires to formally signify its approval of the preliminary plat now known as Woodfield
Ridge Part Four and authorizing the Subdivider's Agreement for Woodfield Ridge Part Four.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat for
Woodfield Ridge Part Four is hereby approved; and further that the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby
authorized and 'directed to execute all related legal documents, and that the City shall properly record this
Resolution 2013-112 and the Sub -Dividers Agreement.
On the 22nd day of May, 2013 at a regular City Council meeting Council person Ryan introduced Resolution 2013-
112 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FOUR, A
SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA NOW KNOWN AS WOODFIELD RIDGE PART FOUR AND AUTHORIZING AS
NECESSARY THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH WOODFIELD RIDGE, L.L.C. and made a motion for
approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
WHEREUPON five Council members voted for approval, Mayor Berner declared the motion carried and approved
Resolution 2013-112 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed and Approved this 22nd day of May, 2013.
