A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT
OF $385.50 RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY
OUTREACH PROGRAM BY THE LEESBURG PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH
WHEREAS,the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the North East
quadrant of the Town; and
WHEREAS,the Town has received a donation of$385.50 from the Leesburg Presbyterian
Church in support of the Community Outreach Program (R.O.C.K.) for supplies and equipment.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Fiscal Year 2016 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is
made in the amount of$385.50 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30,
2016.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program budget is amended in the amount of
$385.50.
