filed by James and Cathy Schroeder for a Final Subdivision Plat of 2.27 acres into three lots. The property
is zoned M-2 General Industrial. The purpose of the subdivision is to divide the three buildings on the
property so that each building exists on a separate lot. (Central Missouri Professional Services, Consultant).
