This section sorts by Fiscal Year and by Fund Name the projected list of
Stormwater projects to be implemented by the District in the near future, beginning with
Fiscal Year 2012. As funding, priorities, and regulatory requirements change over time,
the projected capital program will also change.
The revenue to be utilized to fund these projects is from the District's Impervious
Rate, General Fund, the Improvement Fund, or from property taxes that are placed in
various Operation, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement (OMCI) Funds currently
established throughout parts of St. Louis County. The property taxes collected within the
boundaries of OMCI Taxing Districts must be spent for improvements within their
respective areas of collection.
