Call to Order
Terri Rademan called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
Approval of Agenda
Bill Case moved the agenda be approved as printed. Sarah Hoeller seconded the motion. Motion
passed.
Approval of Minutes
Bill Case moved the minutes from the June 13, 2017 Regular Meeting be accepted. Sarah Hoeller
seconded. Motion passed.
Section 106 Review
The commission and members attending the meeting discussed the following Section 106 Review
submittals for demolition of residential structure at 712 Nelson. Doug Record moved documentation
has been provided. There is limited information provided in regards to historic properties affected by
the current projects and is approved by this commission. Terri Rademan seconded the motion. Motion
passed.
Other Business
Eric Barron presented information on Article IV of the City Code regarding Historic Districts. City staff
will do research on already established historic districts and their language and will present it at the
August 8th regular meeting.
