TO ~ BOARD OF EDUCATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is the owner of a 1988 Chevrolet
Caprice, VIN 4/ 1G1BL5164JR175986; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has no further use of the property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 et. seq., the Borough is
desirous of transferring said property to the Carteret Board of
Education.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby approves the transfer of
the title of a 1988 Chevy Caprice, VIN ~/ 1G1BL5164JR175986 to the
Carteret Board of Education, upon passage of this Resolution.
Adopted the 2nd day of May, 1996
and certified as a true copy of
the original on MAY 3, 1996.
