RESOLUTION NO. 2015-126 ADOPTED October 27, 2015
A RESOLUTION: TO PROVIDE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS (VFW) POST#1177 A
FEE WAIVER IN THE AMOUNT OF $720
WHEREAS, the VFW, the event organizer, is holding their first Annual Volksmarch in
Leesburg on November 11, 2015 respectively; and
WHEREAS,the event organizer, has been permitted to hold their event and has paid for
their event application fee; and
WHEREAS, the event organizer has requested support for town services to provide traffic
control measures for the safety of the participants.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that a fee
waiver for$720 will be provided to VFW Post#1177 for the 2015 Volksmarch.
PASSED this 27th day of October, 2015.
