RESOLUTION NO. 2015-143 ADOPTED December 8, 2015
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,770 TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 GENERAL FUND
POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Leesburg Police Department returned merchandise to L3
Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, L3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc. has refunded the credit value for
the returned merchandise in the amount of$1,770 to the Town of Leesburg Police Department.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Fiscal Year 2016 General Fund Budget is hereby amended and an
appropriation is made in the amount of$1,770 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and
ending June 30, 2016.
SECTION II. The Police Department Patrol Operations Law Enforcement Supplies budget
account is amended in the amount of$1,770 for the purchase of Law Enforcement Supplies during
fiscal year 2016.
