AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR RESURFACING BOROUGH HALL PARKING LOT & APRONS
WHEREAS, the Parking Lot and Aprons at the Borough Hall are in need of
resurfacing; and
WItEREAS, the Borough Engineer has determined that it is in the best interest of
the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for said resurfacing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids
for resurfacing of the Borough Hall Parking Lot and Aprons.
Adopted this 16th day of May, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 17, 1996.
