COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 17, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of July 17, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Consent Agenda – Councilman Mihalevich stated he would be requesting that items
(d) and (e) be removed for separate consideration. City Counselor Ryan Moehlman
explained the process to accomplish that.
Planning & Protective Service Agenda Items – Planning & Protective Services
Director Sonny Sanders stated that Senior Planner Eric Barron would be making the
staff presentations on all the public hearing bills, and that Neighborhood Services
Manager Jayme Abbott would make a presentation on Bill 2017 -32 pertaining to
abandoned buildings.
