The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on May 16, 2018 at 4:30
p.m. in the City Hall Chambers. Mayor Mitchell presided.
I. ROLL CALL
Members present: Pederson and Mitchell.
Members absent: Anderson, Cousineau, and Martin.
Also present: City Administrator Scott Johnson, Public Works Director Steve Scherer,
and Assistant City Administrator Jodi Gallup.
NO MEETING DUE TO A LACK OF A QUROUM BEING PRESENT
