The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on November 13, 2018 at
8:05 a.m. at the locations noted below in Medina, MN.
I. Call to Order
Members present: Cousineau, DesLauriers, and Martin
Members absent: Anderson and Pederson
Also present: City Administrator Scott Johnson, Assistant City Administrator
Jodi Gallup, Public Works Director Steve Scherer, Planning Director Dusty Finke,
Finance Director Erin Barnhart, and Public Safety Director Ed Belland.
II. 2018 Fall Business Tours
Loram — 3900 Arrowhead Drive — City Council and staff met with Mike Cambronne at
the facility. He provided a tour and information on the business to the City Council. Mr.
Cambronne informed the City Council that Loram is happy in Medina and look forward
to continued growth.
OSI — 4101 Arrowhead Drive — City Council and staff met with Ron Ingram, Michael
Kuklok, and Adam Schlafke. Ron Ingram provided a tour and information on the
business. The business continues to grow, and OSI is moving forward with a second
facility on their property in 2019.
AutoMotorPlex — 3600 Arrowhead Drive — City Council and staff met with Bruno
Silikowski at the site. Mr. Silikowski provided a tour and information on the facility.
AutoMotorPlex is pleased with the location in Medina and looks forward to future
growth. Staff was asked to help with a right of way restoration issue involving
Mediacom on the property.
III. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
