CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2018-81
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF TODD ALBERS
FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Todd Albers term on the Planning Commission of the city of Medina does not
expire until December 2020; and
WHEREAS, on November 14, 2018, Todd Albers submitted a letter of resignation from his
position on the Planning Commission addressed to the Mayor; and
WHEREAS, Todd Albers' resignation from his position as Planning Commissioner shall
become effective December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Todd Albers' letter of resignation from the Planning Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cousineau
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Anderson, Cousineau, DesLauriers, Martin
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Pederson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
