A RESOLUTION APPROVING TO SEND ARCHITECT DRAWINGS
TO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
Whereas, The City recognizes that there is a cost benefit for the City Hall project to
have a Contract Management Company handle the general.duties of this project and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is in the best interest of
the City to be competitive and attempt to use as much local workforce as possible for
the building,.of our City Hall;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
sending the Architect Drawings to Contract Management Companies for review and
bidding and the send supporting documentation for presentation backto City Council.for
reviewby end of business July 8, 2013.
On the 26th day of June, at -a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-126, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING TO SEND ARCHITECT- DRAWINGS TO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
COMPANIES and'made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan,, Bartels, Upton w
Nays: Phillips
Absent: None
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-126, A RESOLUTION APPROVING TO SEND
ARCHITECT DRAWINGS TO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. F
Passed by the City Council on the 26th day of June, 2013.
