CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2018-91
RECOGNIZING LORIE COUSINEAU FOR FOUR YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE
CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, Lorie Cousineau has completed four years of dedicated service to the City
of Medina; and
WHEREAS, Cousineau has served as a member of the City Council from 2015 through
2018; and
WHEREAS, throughout Councilmember Cousineau's service to the City of Medina
several significant projects have taken place including:
The City's 2020-2040 Comprehensive Plan adoption;
The Construction of the Park at the Fields of Medina;
The City's 2016 lower -level remodel and updates to City Hall;
Reconstruction of the Highway 55/CR 116 Intersection and Quiet Zone
Implementation;
The City's 2017 Staff Needs Analysis and Succession Plan; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Cousineau provided leadership and guidance on matters
related to planning, general budget, parks, and trails for the City.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Medina
acknowledges and thanks Councilmember Cousineau for her years of service to the community.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, DesLauriers, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
